Process Engineer

This is a role where you'll play a key part in shaping future operations, supporting major projects and helping deliver improvements that will have a lasting impact on business performance. The role Working closely with operational and engineering teams, you'll provide technical expertise across manufacturing activities, process development and improvement initiatives. You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects, from feasibility studies and process optimisation through to new product introduction, commercialisation and plant improvement programmes. Key Responsibilities • Provide process engineering support across manufacturing operations. • Lead and contribute to feasibility studies and development projects. • Identify and deliver process optimisation and performance improvement opportunities. • Support product scale-up and commercialisation activities. • Participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments. • Support regulatory and compliance requirements. • Mentor and support less experienced engineers. • Contribute to strategic growth and business improvement projects. What we’re looking for • Degree-qualified chemical/process engineer or relevant technical qualification. • Experience within a complex batch heavy manufacturing process or chemical plant. • Strong understanding of process improvement and operational support. • Experience contributing to safety, compliance and risk management activities. • Ability to work independently and build strong relationships across teams. • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to make a tangible impact.
