As a Procurement Business Partner you will join a high-performing procurement function, supporting major projects and operational teams across a complex, fast-paced organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted procurement partner to key business stakeholders.
• Lead and support end-to-end procurement activity across a range of indirect and project-based categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across procurement processes.
• Provide commercial and procurement expertise to support strategic business initiatives.
Profile
A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:
• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement within the construction, manufacturing or public sector industry
• Must have knowledge of NEC and JCT construction contracts
• Understanding of procurement strategies, processes and commercial principles
• Experience managing supplier performance and contractual relationships
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
