Job description

Procurement Coordinator (6-Months) Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping procurement operations running smoothly? Reed Business Support are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in supporting purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring goods and services are delivered on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Day – to – Day of the role: • Raising and processing purchase orders. • Monitoring supplier performance and delivery schedules. • Coordinating with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements. • Obtaining quotations and supporting supplier negotiations. • Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation. • Tracking orders and resolving supply issues proactively. • Assisting with contract administration and supplier onboarding. • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management activities. • Producing procurement reports and analysing purchasing data. • Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. What We're Looking For: • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or a similar coordination role. • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • A proactive approach to problem-solving. • Good analytical and reporting skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience with ERP or procurement systems is advantageous.
