This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery. As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for: • Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality • Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements • Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems • Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management • Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans • Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews • Managing contract administration, including variations and claims • Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations • Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects Fuel your Passion To be successful in this role, you should have: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • Looking for candidates with end to end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector d • Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS) • Knowledge of subsea system integration • Understanding of offshore HSE standards • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Experience with subsea control system suppliers • Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures • PMP or PRINCE2 certification • Experience in global organizations Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
