Product Development Manager London | Hybrid Working | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Development Manager to join a leading investment management firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a broad and commercially focused role, offering exposure across a diverse range of investment products including Private Equity, Private Credit, Renewable Energy, Public Equity, listed funds and tax-efficient investment solutions . You'll play a key role in bringing new products to market, supporting fundraising activity and working with senior stakeholders across the business. The Opportunity As part of a collaborative Product team, you'll take ownership of product launches from concept through to execution, coordinating with investment professionals, legal, compliance, operations, marketing and distribution teams to deliver successful outcomes. You'll also be responsible for producing high-quality investor communications, supporting fundraising initiatives and ensuring products are presented professionally and accurately to investors and advisers. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of new product launches and fundraising initiatives from planning through to execution. • Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders. • Produce and oversee investor marketing materials, due diligence questionnaires, client communications and fundraising documentation. • Deliver high-quality investor reporting, portfolio updates, market commentary and performance communications. • Build strong relationships across Investment, Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations teams. • Develop a thorough understanding of product structures, investor objectives and internal governance processes. • Support the continued development and growth of the firm's investment product range. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail. About You We're looking for an experienced financial services professional who can demonstrate: • 7+ years' experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Banking or Tax-Advantaged Investments. • Product Development, Product Management or closely related experience. • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Commercial awareness and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
