Product ManagerLocation: Watford (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits We're partnering with a growing B2B SaaS business looking to appoint a Product Manager to join its expanding Product team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Product function where you'll have genuine influence over the product roadmap and work closely with Engineering, Design and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features. The Role • Own and deliver key areas of the product roadmap from concept through to launch. • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements and prioritise development. • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements. • Champion AI-driven innovation, identifying practical ways to enhance the platform through automation and intelligent workflows. • Conduct product and process reviews to uncover opportunities to improve operational efficiency. • Analyse user behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions. • Define user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption. About YouWe're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems and building products that deliver measurable value. You'll ideally have: • Previous Product Management or Product Owner experience within a B2B SaaS environment. • Experience delivering AI-enabled products, automation initiatives or intelligent workflows. • Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning and Agile delivery. • Experience reviewing business processes and identifying operational efficiencies. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams. • A data-driven approach to product decision making. • Strong communication and organisational skills. Desirable • Experience working with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI. • Exposure to workflow automation and process optimisation. • Experience within customer experience, CRM or enterprise software environments. • Technical understanding of APIs and software integrations.
