Partner with the best As a Product Manufacturing Engineer , you will be responsible for leading process improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and product lines. Reporting to the Well systems Manufacturing Global Lead, you will work closely with Product Engineering, Operations, AME, Manufacturing Engineering, and NPI teams to standardize processes, improve manufacturability, and support successful product integration. As a Product Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: • Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify key improvement opportunities. • Coordinating with subject matter experts to define and implement engineering changes that enhance processes, procedures, and manufacturability. • Leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices across multiple sites and product lines. • Interacting with key stakeholders to support process implementation and drive effective decision-making. • Acting as the front-end interface for all new product and system integration activities in partnership with Product Engineering teams. • Developing and implementing global manufacturing execution plans to ensure consistency across sites and product lines. • Driving innovative and technology-focused solutions with a forward-thinking approach to process optimization. • Working closely with Engineering, AME, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and NPI teams to support business objectives. • Supporting global adoption of manufacturing processes and systems across all regions. • Owning bid and standard hours for products, including lead-time considerations. • Acting as a key interface for future manufacturing technologies through collaboration with AME and Engineering teams. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant experience. • Bring experience ideally within the Oil & Gas industry or a large-scale mechanical manufacturing environment. • Demonstrate expertise in engineering systems, tools, and materials. • Work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross-functional decisions. • Execute tasks with a strong sense of urgency and tactical focus. • Demonstrate strong professional attributes and industry knowledge. • Have the energy, motivation, and drive to lead change and deliver results. • Possess strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
