You Will Work With • Own, prioritise the Data & AI product backlog. • Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria. • Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions. • Deliver AI-enabled products including GenAI, AI Agents, NLP, automation, analytics. • Shape AI use cases from concept through delivery. • Define requirements, data readiness, evaluation criteria, operational needs. • Drive data quality, governance, lineage, accessibility. • Support experimentation, innovation, continuous improvement. • Work within Agile Scrum, Kanban environments. Benefits • Salary up to £90,000 • Discretionary annual bonus • 8% employer pension contribution • Enhanced parental leave • Extensive learning and development opportunities • Clear career progression pathways • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements Key Experience • 3+ years Product Owner experience within Data, AI, Analytics, BI, Automation, Digital Products. • Proven backlog ownership delivering measurable outcomes. • Strong Business Analysis skills including workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria. • End-to-end delivery experience across data, analytics, automation, digital products. • Knowledge of Generative AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP. • Experience defining AI requirements, success measures. • Power BI experience within governed reporting environments. • Understanding of data modelling, metrics, lineage, self-service analytics. • Knowledge of GDPR, governance, risk, security frameworks. • Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban). • Strong stakeholder management, communication skills.
