Our client is in the Public Sector and is looking to grow the team with a brand new role, a Product Owner with a focus on Mobile App Development. You will be responsible for their newly created Mobile App and influence and shape its future. This role is once a week in London and the rest working from home. You will be responsible for their newly created Mobile App and influence and shape its future. This role is once a week in London and the rest working from home. Description • You will be responsible for their newly created mobile app - you will have the creative freedom to push boundaries of what the app can achieve • Define and prioritise the product backlog to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. • Define and manage the mobile product roadmap, working closley with other product owners, service designers and marketing • Work with the dedicated development 3rd party • Prioritise improvements and developments that deliver value and enable us to continually evolve mobile experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions. • Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on feedback. • Facilitate sprint planning sessions and ensure timely delivery of milestones. • Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and teams. • Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations in all product developments. • Maintain a focus on user needs to enhance the overall product experience. Profile Must haves: • Background in digital product ownership or digital experience design - with a strong focus on mobile apps • Proven experience of shaping, launching and scaling mobile apps • Regulated Financial Services Background, or Pensions or Public Sector with Governance or Regulated Sector • Experience working with Service Design Nice to haves: • Hands on experience with analytics, A/B testing and content optimisation tools (Contentsquare, Google Analytics, Kameleoon etc.) • Deep understanding of web accessibility standards e.g. WCAG 2.1 AA Job Offer • 25 days + BHS • Birthday and Christmas Eve off • Option to buy 10 more holidays • Private Pension • Life assurance • Critical illness cover • Yearly pay review and bonus • Paid training • EAP
