Key Responsibilities • Operate a complete production line or production sequence within a control room environment • Set up and control production programmes to meet operational requirements • Monitor production processes and key operating parameters • Carry out routine and specialised quality checks • Identify process deviations and take corrective action in line with established procedures • Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of production results • Liaise with maintenance teams regarding repairs and equipment performance • Provide guidance and support to manufacturing colleagues where required • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping • Work on your feet for extended periods during shifts What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Attributes • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn • Strong communication skills • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing production demands • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Commitment to quality and safety standards Desirable Experience • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment • Experience in a similar production operative role • Technical or mechanical aptitude • Experience working with production line machinery No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
