Production Operative

Location: Near Melton Constable, Norfolk Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Potential for Full-Time: Yes – Temp to Perm Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based near Melton Constable. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established food production company, manufacturing high-quality food products in a clean and friendly working environment. Please note this role does not involve handling or processing meat products. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career prospects for the right candidate. Duties will include: • Preparing and packing food products • Operating production machinery • Carrying out quality checks • Labelling and preparing products for dispatch • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures • Keeping work areas clean and organised • Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets • General production duties as required What we're looking for: • A positive attitude and willingness to work • Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential • Good reliability and timekeeping • Good attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment • Safety boots • Own transport due to the rural location • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) £14.24 per hour (PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Temp to Perm opportunity Apply Today If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with the chance to secure a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you.
