Production Operative required! Join a Leading Manufacturing Company Reed Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in Larne to recruit Production Operatives for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation that offers competitive pay, great benefits, full training, and long-term career opportunities within a supportive team environment. • Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing • Start Date: 27th July • Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday • Shift Pattern Weeks 1 & 2: 08:00am – 4:30pm (Day Shift) Weeks 3 & 4: 4:30pm – 1:00am (Evening Shift) • Day Shift: £12.81 - £13.10 per hour (Weekly Pay) • Evening Shift: Enhanced Shift Allowance • Overtime: Available at Premium Rates Key Responsibilities • Operate production machinery and follow manufacturing procedures to produce finished goods. • Complete batch documentation accurately and in line with GMP standards. • Ensure logbooks and batch reconciliation records are completed correctly and on time. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report any deviations to management. • Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance. • Wear and maintain PPE and protective equipment as required. • Report accidents, hazards, or unsafe working conditions promptly. • Work under supervision and escalate major issues to the Team Leader. • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management. Essential Skills & Experience • Minimum 6 months' experience in a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. • Commitment to health & safety procedures and GMP compliance. • Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
