Production Operative – Market Drayton 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | Starting Salary £32,011 We are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller’s UK Manufacturing Operation. Due to ongoing site expansion at Market Drayton, we’re growing our teams and looking for individuals to help us produce high-quality products efficiently while meeting operational standards and procedures. Recruitment Process As part of our hiring approach, we will be holding regular Recruitment Sessions over the coming months. These sessions provide a great opportunity to: • Take part in group assessments and interviews • Learn more about the role, team, and Müller as a business • Meet the team and gain insight into working at our site Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend one of these sessions, so please ensure you are able to participate when contacted. Key Responsibilities • Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures • Supporting a strong Health & Safety culture • Meeting production and waste targets • Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance • Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards • Identifying faults and escalating issues promptly • Demonstrating flexibility across tasks and shifts About You • Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable) • Good mechanical aptitude • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Awareness of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards • A proactive and reliable approach to work What We Offer • Competitive salary of £32,011 • 5% bonus • 282 hours annual leave • Company pension & life assurance • Progression and development opportunities • Müller rewards platform (800+ discounts) • Free uniform/PPE • And of course… free yogurts!
