Production Operative

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential. Job title: Production Operative Job type: Temporary - Ongoing Location: Morpeth Pay rate: £14.54/hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am (Rotating days and nights, must be flexible with the shifts) Responsibilities: • Operate machinery and equipment according to our safety and quality standards • Monitor production output and report any faults or anomalies • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all health and safety regulations • Work collaboratively with team to help achieve targets • Follow all quality requirements as required escalating any non-conformances All aspects described will be trained and qualified.
