The Production Operative will operate production equipment, run packing lines using production IT systems, carry out simple maintenance tasks, maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards, monitor equipment performance, and report any issues before they become problems. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: • Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment • Machine operating experience • Ability to work a rotating day and night shift pattern Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications • Previous food production or food manufacturing experience.
