Production Operative - Rotating ShiftsLocation: Perth (Lawgrove Place) Pay: £14.08 per hour Contract: Ongoing Temporary with Long-Term Potential Start Date: Immediate / Monday start available Overtime available at time and a half Looking for steady work, great pay, and long-term opportunity?We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing site in Perth. This is a hands-on role offering full training, consistent hours, and real potential to secure ongoing or permanent work. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you. What you'll be doing • Assembling small components with accuracy • Carrying out glazing processes, including working with chemical tanks • Loading and unloading items from kilns • Measuring, cutting, grinding, bonding, and finishing materials • Using hand tools and completing basic quality checks • Working to tight tolerances and production instructions • Manual handling and safe movement of materials • Maintaining a clean and organised work area • Supporting wider production and 5S housekeeping standards What we're looking for • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred • Comfortable with hands-on, manual work • Willingness to work with chemicals (full PPE provided) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to follow SOPs and written instructions • Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude • Basic IT skills and good communication • Ability to work rotating shifts Shift Pattern (Rotating)Early Shift • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm • Shorter Shift on Fridays Back Shift • Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm- 10:30pm • Shorter shift on Fridays What you'll get • Competitive hourly rate of £14.08 • Full training and PPE provided • Monday to Friday working - no weekends • Long-term and permanent opportunities for the right candidates Why apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable manufacturing environment with immediate starts, reliable hours, and the chance to build a long-term career.
