Production Operative

Production Operative – Runcorn People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Runcorn, Cheshire. Shifts • Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 • Friday: 06:00 – 14:30 Rates of Pay: £12.71 per hour Benefits As a Production Operative, you will receive: • Opportunity for growth and career development • Full training and ongoing support • Dynamic and supportive team environment • Overtime available during busy periods Day-to-Day Duties As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Precision cutting of materials • Operating and working with a variety of machinery • Matching the correct tools to specific job requirements • Checking product quality and ensuring high standards are maintained • Recording production information accurately • Handling materials safely and carefully Essential Skills • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25kg • strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions accurately • A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively to meet production targets Desirable Experience • Previous factory or Production Operative experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. • Experience using machinery or hand tools would be advantageous but is not required. • GCSE Maths Training Provided • Company policy and procedure training provided to successful candidates Apply: If you are interested in this role, please apply today to be considered.
