This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork or a physically demanding, hands-on environment. Key Duties • Operating machinery safely and efficiently. • Heavy lifting and manual handling duties. • Loading machinery with packaging materials. • Palletising finished goods. • General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements • Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking approach.
