We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking to further develop their skills within a specialist industry. Shift PatternDay Shift: • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 • Friday: 08:00 – 13:00 (early finish!) Enjoy a consistent work schedule with no weekend work and planned factory shutdowns throughout the year. What We’re Looking For • Production Operative experience desirable • Strong attention to detail and quality standards • Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment • Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures • Good communication and teamwork skills • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking • Flexible approach to learning new processes and roles Key Skills & Experience • Machine operation (e.g. CNC, CMM or similar equipment) • Quality inspection and use of measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers) • Working to tight tolerances and specifications • Understanding of health & safety regulations in manufacturing • Experience with production processes and workflow efficiency • Materials handling and basic mechanical awareness • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset • Time management and ability to meet production targets Available Roles Include • CMM Operative • CNC Inspection Operative • Despatch Operative • Spray Coater • Grinder • Finish Inspector • …and many more!
