Production Operatives

Our client is seeking multiple positions across our thier production and warehouse team. Whether you have manufacturing experience, quality inspection skills, assembly experience and are a hardworking individual with a great attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Shift Pattern • Standard shift: 06:00 - 14:00 • Flexibility is required to work afternoon and night shifts to meet business demands. *Please note that long hours and shifts will be required with potential weekend work* Current Vacancies • Despatch Operators - Forklift licence beneficial but not essential. • Quality Control Operatives - Previous quality inspection experience and excellent attention to detail. • Panel Assembly Operative - Experience using hand tools is essential. • General Production Operatives - Ideal for reliable, motivated individuals with production experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to use their own initiative. Key Responsibilities • Carry out final quality inspections on finished products. • Identify and report any defects, damage, or inconsistencies. • Check products against specifications and quality standards. • Sort, collate, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. • Label and palletise goods safely and accurately. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment. • Follow all company procedures and health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidates will: • Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking. • Have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment, although this is not essential. • Work well both independently and as part of a team. • Be flexible to support different shift patterns as required. • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong awareness of health and safety practices.
