Production Operator

About the Role Hue Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business within the precision engineering sector. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career with genuine opportunities for progression. • Measuring and labelling diamond tooling. • Servicing and preparing diamond tooling. • Carrying out quality inspections. • Following production procedures and work instructions. • Maintaining a clean and organised work area. • Working as part of a close-knit production team to achieve daily targets. What They're Looking For • Excellent attention to detail. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Good communication skills. • A reliable and hardworking approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous manufacturing or production experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
