Rewards and Benefits on Offer • All positions lead to a permanent contract after a successful probation period. • Excellent company to work for massive opportunities for progression • Exceptionally clean working environment • Good transportation links • Opportunities of a pay increase after completing your 12 week probation period The Hours You’ll Work • Monday - Thursday 06:00 am – 14:00 pm / Friday 06:00 am – 12:00pm • Monday - Thursday, 14:00 pm – 22:00 pm / Friday 12:00 pm – 18:00 pm • Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 am • For the 12 week you will do a 2 shift pattern, but after 12 weeks you will rotate on to a three shift pattern. (Please do not apply if you cannot work a three shift pattern) The Pay You’ll Receive • £13.50 Per Hour MTrec’s New Opportunity • MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Washington area. The Job You’ll Do; • Following standard operation procedure paper work and following to exact specifications • Hand assembly of a variety of components • Working with a variety of small plastic components within a very sterile working environment • Machine operation on a variety of injection moulding machinery • Setting and operation of machinery after training • You will be trained on a variety of departments within your first 12 weeks training period • Quality inspection of a range of components. • Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used. • Must be comfortable to wear a variety of PPE, including hairnets, gowns, beard snoods, and other associated PPE About You; • Please do not apply if you cannot do 3 weeks of nights, followed by 1 weeks of day and 1 week of back shift. • Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment. • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job. • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary • Must be comfortable working in a clean and sanitised working environment and wearing a variety of PPE. • Good time keeping and attendance standards are required for this role • Be happy to be trained by an experienced lead operator initially • The company are subject to random drugs and alcohol testing • Must be able to accept a permanent contract after successful completion of a 12 week probation period
