The Jobs You’ll Do • Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload. • To help prioritise workloads within the Department / designated area. • Operation of machinery, making adjustments to the setting where required • Overviewing machinery and making basic calculations throughout the day • Expected to report all issues to maintenance and management • To carry out picking and packing duties when required, as set by the Team Leader. • To maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times • General housekeeping duties such as keeping your work station tidy. • Heavy lifting throughout the role • Loading and unloading machines About You; • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary • Previous experience of working within manufacturing however training can be given • Comfortable working individually and in a team • Must be comfortable working with computer systems during inductions and training, there will be limited usage during work assignment
