Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler Broughton, Chester (Onsite) Contract - 12 months (likely to extend) 35 hours per week (flexible working within 7am-7pm) Shape the Future of Aviation Are you an organised, proactive planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering the next generation of aircraft at Airbus Broughton. As a Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and processes that support the assembly of aircraft wings and fuel systems. You'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team working on the "Wing of the Future" programme, supporting innovation and growth across the civil aerospace sector. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient planning and logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating the delivery of aircraft components to meet build schedules, cost targets, and operational priorities • Supporting day-to-day production planning activities and responding quickly to changes in demand • Identifying risks, managing challenges, and implementing solutions to maintain production flow • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting business performance projects • Building strong relationships with procurement teams and suppliers to mitigate delivery risks • Ensuring logistics processes are followed and working closely with service providers to resolve issues • Supporting the deployment of the Airbus Operating System (AOS) across relevant areas • Promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture through continuous improvement About You We're looking for someone who is driven, adaptable, and ready to make an impact from day one.
