Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location: Gosberton Salary: Competitive Thorold Produce Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on shop floor role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy production area, packing fresh produce for retail, foodservice, and wholesale customers. Requirements: • Experienced within a fresh produce packhouse environment. • Working Knowledge of BRC would be advantageous. • Organise workflow by assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure minimal downtime and maintain a cost-efficient operation. • Oversee and coach employees/agency staff. • Ensure good communication with QC department. • Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly. • Adhere to company policies and procedures and enforce safety guidelines. • Good command of written and verbal English and the ability to communicate to a multi lingual workforce. • Positive, can do approach.
