Production Supervisor-Lean Manufacturing Manchester (East) £40K-50K plus benefits Mon-Fri, 37 Hours 8am-4pm (3.30pm on Friday) Are you a Production Supervisor with a real interest in lean manufacturing, change management and coaching staff? Then this unique, challenging opportunity with a large manufacturing business will interest you? This exiting role will supervise a team of assembly staff, but will also act as a change agent, moving from culture where they are told what to do, to own where they will be trained and coached to think of solutions for themselves. The company are investing heavily in this area , both in terms of equipment and in developing staff to understand lean methodology , so you will have full support to make the changes. This is a really rewarding position for the right candidate.
