Production Supervisor

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing business, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have experience working within the automotivemanufacturing industry, in a supervisor/team leader position. Production Supervisor Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Thursday 5:35am -13:45pm, Friday 6:25am - 13:45pm Minworth Production Supervisor Job Description • Improve production efficiency by reducing downtime and waste • Maintain high quality standards through SOP compliance, operator training, and quality monitoring. • Lead and engage the team through daily shift briefings, performance management and employee support. • Drive improvements by reducing inefficiencies and maintaining 5S housekeeping standards.
