Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Rotherham Monday – Friday, days/afters £40,000 + shift allowance Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business based in Rotherham to manage a well established machine shop. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, quality, safety and engagement across a busy production operation. You'll lead a team of operatives, ensuring production targets are achieved whilst maintaining the highest standards of health & safety and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities of the Production Supervisor role include: • Lead, motivate and develop a team of production operatives • Drive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE procedures • Monitor production performance, output and efficiency against KPIs • Manage staffing levels, labour allocation and resource planning • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce waste • Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions • Ensure quality standards are maintained and customer requirements are met • Conduct performance reviews, training and coaching activities We’re looking for Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience: • Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing • Strong background in CNC machining is essential • Strong people management and communication skills • Proven ability to drive performance and improve operational efficiency • Experience working within a KPI-driven environment • Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality standards • A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to engage and develop teams • Continuous improvement experience would be advantageous For more information on this role please contact Emma Bartholomew at Elevation Recruitment Group directly
