Key Skills • Production Supervisory Experience. • Food/FMCG Manufacturing Background. • HACCP Trained The Role My client is looking for a shift production supervisor to provide effective frontline management for site across production, packing, managing up to 50 employees. On a day to day basis, you will ensure products are manufactured to highest possible standard of quality, efficiency & with minimal wastage. You will also be responsible for managing KPIs whilst implementing lean manufacturing principles. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
