Key responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include: • Managing shift activities in line with production and planning schedules • Taking ownership of Health, Safety and Environmental standards across your areas • Ensuring shift manning levels support departmental targets • Driving lean manufacturing and good housekeeping practices • Working cross-functionally to minimise downtime and keep material flowing efficiently • Managing documentation, costs and production consumables We’re looking for experienced Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience: • Previous supervisory experience within a heavy manufacturing environment • Understanding of quality and technical processes within the forge industry • Working knowledge of NDT and inspection processes • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Exposure to highly regulated sectors • A hands-on, can-do leader who thrives under pressure and drives continuous improvement For more details on this role please reach out to Emma Bartholomew at Elevation Recruitment Group directly.
