Key Skills • FMCG Manufacturing • Supervisory Experience • Ideally a Food Safety Knowledge The Role My client is looking for a production supervisor to provide effective frontline management for site across production, packing and warehouse. On a day to day basis, you will ensure products are manufactured to highest possible standard of quality, efficiency & with minimal wastage. You will also be responsible for managing KPIs whilst implementing lean manufacturing principles. There is training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
