The Opportunity In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing shift performance, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met. You'll lead from the front-supporting and developing your team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the production line. Working collaboratively, you'll tackle challenges head-on, reduce downtime, and deliver strong operational performance. Hands-on experience within can making is also required, as this is a practical leadership role with direct involvement on the production line. A Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance is essential.
