Production Technician

Production Technician £30,000 per annum (circa) Diss, Norfolk Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing business in Diss for a Production Technician. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping production moving and taking ownership during each shift. Sitting a step above operator level, you'll play an important part in supporting output, maintaining quality and helping the production team run smoothly. What you'll be doing • Responding to production issues quickly and effectively • Carrying out tool setting in line with production requirements • Supporting changeovers and production trials • Working to production instructions and quality standards • Assisting with process improvements • Maintaining housekeeping and health and safety standards • Liaising with Team Leaders to ensure smooth shift handovers • Helping keep production running efficiently What you'll bring • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment • Good mechanical or technical understanding • Practical problem-solving skills • Ability to work rotating shifts • Good attention to detail • A positive, reliable approach What's on offer • Permanent, full-time role • Salary circa £30,000 • Rotating shifts: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm • Performance-related bonus • Opportunity to develop your skills and progress • On-site role based in Diss, Norfolk Interested?
