Production Operative/Yard Operative – Brislington Brislington, BS4 £15.80PH (Day Shifts) Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts Join a growing team in Brislington as a Production Operative / Forklift Driver! This is a full-time, long-term role with excellent pay progression and opportunities for development. The Role: • Safely moving gas canisters around the yard and production areas • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (Training Provided) • Supporting team members with production tasks • Manual handling of heavy equipment and materials • Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times Shift Pattern: • Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 • Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 Salary: • £15.80 Per Hour while on day shifts (rotating early/late) What We're Looking For: • Previous experience in an industrial, production, or yard environment • Comfortable with physically demanding, manual handling work • Team player with a strong work ethic and safety-first mindset • Flexibility to work rotating shifts Perks & Benefits: Excellent salary progression Consistent full-time hours Free on-site parking Long-term career potential
