Youll collaborate across the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Integrated Care System, influencing wider diagnostic strategies, contributing to regional initiatives, and helping shape the future of Radiology services across the region. You will have: • HCPC registration and a degree in Radiography • Significant experience leading Radiology services and driving transformation • Strong knowledge of clinical standards, governance, and NHS policy • Proven ability to lead teams through change and deliver performance • Excellent communication, influencing, and strategic thinking skills • Youll be passionate about developing people, improving services, and creating a culture where staff feel empowered, supported, and engaged.
