Professional Support Lawyer – Property • Annual Salary: £75k - £85k with a bespoke Bonus Scheme • Location: Blackwater Valley, on the Surrey & Hampshire Borders! • Job Type: Full-time (Also open to part-time applicants and/or compressed hour applicants for this role) Join our award-winning Property Team at a Legal 500 ranked firm known for our ambitious approach and commitment to growth. We are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to play a strategic role in shaping how legal knowledge is developed and delivered within our Property team. Day-to-day of the role: • Knowledge & Technical Support: • Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates, and guidance notes. • Manage and enhance the team’s know-how repository. • Provide practical legal research and technical support on complex property matters. • Monitor and communicate legal and regulatory developments. • Drive consistency and standardisation across documents and processes. • Training & Development: • Identify and deliver training across all levels of the Property team. • Design and implement engaging learning programmes. • Support trainee development and induction. • Lead on updates relating to legislative changes. • Business Development & Client Support: • Contribute to client briefings, legal updates, and training sessions. • Support pitches, tenders, and marketing materials. • Produce thought leadership and sector-focused insights for clients. • Innovation & Change: • Support the team’s innovation and legal tech strategy. • Improve workflows and transaction processes. • Promote the use of knowledge systems and document automation. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. • Collaboration & Strategy: • Work closely with colleagues across Property and other practice areas. • Support departmental initiatives and strategic projects. • Encourage collaboration between Commercial and Residential teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 6+ PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property. • Previous PSL experience or a strong fee earner looking to transition into a knowledge role. • Excellent technical expertise across property law. • Strong drafting, research, and precedent development skills. • Confident communicator with experience delivering training. • Commercially aware with a proactive and collaborative approach. • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
