Programme Manager (Creative) – Temporary (Leave Cover) Location: South East Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Temporary (Sick Leave Cover) Start Date: 17 August 2026 About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Programme Manager (Creative) to join our team on a temporary basis to provide cover during a period of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled education professional with a strong background in creative arts and curriculum management to lead and support high-quality programme delivery. As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of creative programmes, supporting teaching staff, ensuring outstanding learner outcomes, and maintaining high academic standards in line with awarding body requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage creative programmes, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. • Support, motivate and develop teaching staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience. • Monitor student progress, achievement and attendance, implementing interventions where necessary. • Ensure programmes meet awarding body requirements and quality standards. • Contribute to curriculum planning, development and continuous improvement initiatives. • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive student success and programme performance. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: • A full teaching qualification. • A BA (Hons) degree in a Creative subject. • Previous experience in a management role within further or higher education. • Experience working with UAL (University of the Arts London) programmes and qualifications. • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. • A commitment to delivering high-quality education and positive student outcomes.
