Digital & Data Programme Manager | £700 PD - Inside IR 35 | 7-month contract - BPSS Remote (occasional travel to Bristol, London or Birmingham) Role Overview A highly reputable government backed organisation that operates within the housing domain is hiring a Programme Manager. The chosen Programme Manager will need to have experience managing budgets more than 2million, proven experience in delivering digital & data initiatives and worked within a complex public sector organisation. We are not seeking an individual from a cloud or infrastructure background as our clients required Digital & Data someone who has led large scale Digital & Data initiatives who ideally has a MSP, APMQ with Government Project Deliver Standards. You will lead multiple workstreams within a major transformation programme, driving the successful delivery of digital, data, and organisational change initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation outcomes and embedding new ways of working across the organisation. Programme Overview This is a large, complex transformation programme operating within a multi-million-pound budget environment, focused on: • Digital and data transformation • Operating model design and implementation • Business change and adoption of new ways of working • Strategic organisational transformation • Delivering measurable business value and benefits Key Responsibilities • Lead delivery across multiple transformation workstreams • Translate strategic objectives into structured programme plans and outcomes • Drive digital, data, and business change initiatives • Manage programme governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies • Oversee programme plans, budgets, and resource allocation • Lead business case development and benefits realisation activities • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex environments • Ensure delivery against agreed time, cost, quality, and benefit targets Essential Skills & Experience • Strong digital transformation and change background • Proven experience delivering complex programmes across digital, data, operating model, and business change • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Experience managing governance, budgets, risks, and dependencies • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environment • Public sector or government experience • MSP, APMQ, or equivalent programme management qualification • Familiarity with Government Project Delivery Standards One stage interview to start ASAP.
