Our client, a leading organisation in the energy industry, is on the lookout for two enthusiastic and experienced DD&T Project Managers to join their dynamic team. Purpose of the Role As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating the delivery of IT Procurement projects. Your mission: ensure that we award contracts for the most suitable technology solutions and services. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and third-party vendors, you will bring together resources and expertise to meet our project goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage project plans to track progress and enforce deadlines. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure optimal outcomes. • Lead a cross-functional team, including third-party suppliers, to deliver project objectives. • Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and resources throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure accurate investment proposals and maintain governance structures, budgets, and controls. • Prepare and communicate project reports to stakeholders and the Programme Management Board. What We're Looking For An ideal candidate will possess: • Strong experience in procurement of major IT services and ongoing contract management. • Extensive knowledge of IT delivery models and the end-to-end cycle of delivering IT solutions. • Proven leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills. • A successful track record of delivering IT projects across diverse teams. • Experience working in an Agile environment. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are essential; Agile PM or SAFe certifications are a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools for project scheduling.
