Project Accountant

The main duties include: • Preparing project budgets • Preparing weekly/monthly reports on the progress and costs on projects compared to budget • Identifying and investigating any cost overspends • Identifying areas of work undertaken that were not in the original quote • Preparing forecasts of the costs to complete projects • Preparing the cash flows and monitoring progress compared to quote Our client is looking for a candidate who has: • Project and/or cost accounting experience • Strong Excel skills • Experience of working for a manufacturing company • Excellent stakeholder management skills Benefits include: • Salary up to £50k • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays • Contributory pension • Free parking • Discretionary annual bonus This is an excellent opportunity, not to be missed!
