Project Administrator Chesterfield | £27,000 | Full Time | Permanent Are you an organised administrator who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, communicating with customers and keeping projects on track? We're recruiting on behalf of an expanding business in Chesterfield that's looking for a Project Administrator to join its growing Project Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced environment where you'll support projects from quotation through to completion. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing valuable project management skills. What you'll be doing As Project Administrator, you'll support multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring everything is organised, accurate and delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting projects from quotation through to completion • Producing quotations using client information and existing project templates • Updating project schedules and ERP systems • Coordinating engineer visits and installation dates • Monitoring project progress and chasing outstanding actions • Managing purchase orders and project documentation • Liaising with customers and internal teams • Producing project reports and maintaining accurate records • Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination You'll be involved in a variety of projects, from individual client requests through to large-scale rollouts across hundreds of sites, making every day varied and engaging. About you You'll be someone who enjoys organisation, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering accurate work. Ideally, you'll have: • Previous experience as a Project Administrator or similar administration role • Experience supporting multiple projects or managing complex workloads • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word • Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or similar • Confident communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders • A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise a busy workload Why apply?
