Job description

Project Coordinator ??Henley-on-Thames | Full-Time. Love bringing order to creativity? Coordinate luxury residential projects and help bring exceptional homes to life. Our client is an award-winning architecture, interior design and build practice, celebrated for creating bespoke luxury homes across the UK and internationally. As their portfolio continues to grow, they're looking for an exceptional Project Coordinator to become the trusted partner to their Head Architect. This is far more than a coordination role—it's an opportunity to be at the heart of a highly creative business, ensuring prestigious residential projects are delivered seamlessly from concept to completion. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving, balancing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and making sure every detail is accounted for. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing structure to complex projects, and enjoys being the person everyone relies on, this could be your perfect next move. What You'll Be Doing As the organizational backbone of the team, you'll: • Coordinate multiple high-end residential architecture and interior design projects from concept to completion. • Support the Head Architect by managing priorities, schedules, meetings and day-to-day operations. • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery. • Monitor project timelines, milestones and documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing is overlooked. • Act as the central point of coordination across project teams, keeping communication clear and projects moving forward. About You You're naturally organized, proactive and always thinking one step ahead. You enjoy solving problems before they arise, remain calm under pressure and take genuine pride in delivering work to the highest standard. You'll ideally have: • Experience supporting senior leaders, architects, project managers or directors. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with the initiative to keep projects on track. Experience within architecture, interior design, construction or property would be an advantage, but outstanding coordination skills and a positive attitude are what matter most. Why You'll Love This Opportunity This is your chance to join a close-knit, collaborative team that's passionate about delivering beautifully designed homes of the highest standard. You'll work alongside talented architects and designers on prestigious residential projects where craftsmanship, creativity and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do. Your work will have a genuine impact, giving you the opportunity to become an invaluable part of a business that values initiative, collaboration and excellence. Ready to take the next step? If you're an organized, proactive Project Coordinator who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and wants to be part of a team creating exceptional homes, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help bring extraordinary projects to life.
