Project Manager (Commercial Fit Out) Croydon £60,000 - £70,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Flexi Time + Pay and Role Progression + Bonus Are you a Project Manager or do you have a background in building refurbishment and are looking to join a industry leading commercial fit out business that have a very stable and unique project pipeline? Do you want to full autonomy of from where and when you work, in a business that has a best in class reputation and a variety of fit out projects ranging from £25,000 - £1.5m across hospitals, schools and universities? Are you looking to play an integral part of a business which has quickly become the leading name in Leisure Refurbishment and reactive/planned maintenance, who take exceptional pride in their ability to train and promote staff, allowing them to develop and flourish in the workplace with unlimited progression routes? Working alongside the senior management team and contracts managers, you will be in charge of maintaining site programmes and assisting in the planning and initial setups of new sites, whist supporting to secure new projects to add to the businesses growing portfolio.
