Job description

A respected construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with healthcare and education experience to work on meaningful projects that have a lasting impact on local communities while developing their career within a supportive consultancy. The Project Manager will deliver a diverse portfolio of education and healthcare schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders from inception through to completion. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who enjoys working in complex, stakeholder-led environments and has experience managing projects independently. The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative team with a strong pipeline of education and healthcare projects across London and the South East. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Project Manager's roleThe Project Manager will be responsible for delivering healthcare and education projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to construction, handover, and final completion. The Project Manager will manage project programmes, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, oversee procurement, administer contracts, monitor project risks, prepare client reports, chair project meetings, and liaise with contractors to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will also work closely with clients and stakeholders within live operational environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
