Project Manager - Drylining & Partitions Job Title: Project/Contracts Manager - Finishing Trade Products Job reference Number: Industry Sector: Project Manager, PM, Project Management, Contracts Manager, CM, Dry-lining, Drylining, Partitions, Ceilings, Trade, Fit-Out, Interior Design, D&B, Design & Build, Plastering, Flooring, Floor Screed, Steel Framing, SFS, Drywall, Interiors, Interior Products, Plasterboard, Fixings, Contractors, Manufacturing, Construction Area to be covered: West Midlands (Typically 3-4 days per week) Office Based: Stafford Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 Benefits: Travel Expenses, Company Pension and Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of Project Manager - Dry lining & Partitions will involve: • Project/Contracts Manager position dealing with high quality range of drylining, interior systems and commercial interiors projects. • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Managing projects from pre-start through to completion. • Liaising with design, production, site and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery. • Attending pre-contract and client meetings where required. • Managing client queries, resolving issues and providing regular project updates. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
