In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering specialist plasterwork and interior projects from order through to final account across some of the UK's most prestigious developments. You'll oversee both the commercial and operational delivery of projects, working closely with clients, site teams and the workshop to ensure programmes are met, costs are controlled and work is delivered to the highest standard. You'll manage project finances, valuations, variations and reporting using advanced Excel calculations while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and on schedule. This role would suit a Project Manager with Excel calculation experience looking to take ownership of prestigious, high-end interior projects within a specialist contractor offering long-term progression and excellent earning potential.
