Job description
Content Project Manager - Content, Production & PR Agency
The Company
A well-established content, production and PR agency working with global blue-chip clients across branded content, live experiences, and digital delivery. With key sectors spanning automotive, utilities, technology, and finance, the agency is trusted to deliver everything from smaller corporate shoots to large-scale integrated projects, working directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Client Services, this role sits at the centre of project delivery for a portfolio of corporate accounts. You'll own projects end-to-end - scoping, budgets, timelines and risk - while acting as a trusted, senior point of contact for clients, including confident engagement with C-suite stakeholders. You'll balance creative ambition with commercial and operational discipline, and there's real scope to grow accounts through upsell and repeat business, with commission attached.
• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary projects across content, live, digital and event outputs
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and margin protection across your portfolio
• Build and lead senior client relationships, running meetings confidently with C-suite stakeholders
• Identify and convert upsell and land-and-expand opportunities within existing accounts
• Support new business pitches with credible delivery plans and costings
• Provide guidance and mentorship to producers and junior project team members
• Manage scope creep, change requests, and risk mitigation to protect delivery quality and margin
What We're Looking For
• 3-4+ years' project management experience within a creative, content, or production agency
• Experience working with corporate clients - financial services, utilities, technology, or automotive backgrounds all relevant
• Confident managing budgets, margin, and commercial delivery
• Comfortable running meetings and building relationships with senior/C-suite stakeholders
• Events experience is a strong plus
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
