Job description

Project Manager - M&A 5 days onsite We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions to lead critical integration projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired businesses are effectively integrated into our existing IT landscape, with minimal disruption to operations. This is a highly stakeholder-focused role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end IT integration projects following mergers and acquisitions • Engage with senior stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and align expectations • Drive the integration of key systems (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, and operational platforms) • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers • Ensure seamless data migration, system compatibility, and process alignment • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver integration milestones • Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate risks where appropriate • Support post-integration optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives Key Skills & Experience • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in M&A environments • Strong track record of delivering system integration projects within manufacturing or distribution sectors (preferred) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data migration, and system interoperability • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) Working Arrangements • Full-time onsite role (5 days per week) near Minworth • Flexibility to travel to other UK sites as required Project Manager - M&A Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
