IT Project Manager (6-Month FTC) - M365 Admin & Configuration - £40,000 pro rata PLEASE READ - Remote based role - some travel may be needed to offices around UK rarely which will be reimbursed - 6 month FTC - £40,000 Pro rata - M365 Admin & Configurations A charity are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple digital and technology projects within a fast-paced organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong project delivery, stakeholder engagement, supplier management and business change experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple concurrent IT and digital projects from implementation through to successful delivery. • Deliver a range of infrastructure, cyber security, cloud and business systems projects, including Microsoft 365, Intune, network upgrades, system integrations and technology implementations. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies. • Work closely with technical teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve issues. • Provide regular project updates, ensuring clear communication, governance and successful business adoption of new technologies. Requirements • Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure, digital or technology projects end-to-end. • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, risks and resources. • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, cyber security best practices and IT infrastructure. • Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. • Relevant project management certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL) are desirable. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies or user training would be advantageous. • Willingness to travel to UK sites as required.
