Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will: • Drive Project Management Excellence: Define project scope, objectives, and success measures while managing plans, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and operational requirements. • Engage Stakeholders & Manage Change: Build robust relationships across the organisation, engaging key stakeholders and decision-makers. Facilitate workshops and develop engagement plans that inspire stakeholder support for programme objectives. • Develop Digital Solutions: Collaborate with business, technology, and operational teams to define requirements for a scalable digital demand management solution. Evaluate current processes and support solution design and implementation. • Communicate with Impact: Create high-quality executive presentations and strategic communications that translate complex information into clear narratives. Influence decision-making and secure stakeholder buy-in through compelling storytelling. • Establish Governance & Reporting: Set up governance frameworks and monitor programme performance against objectives. Produce regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive reports to keep everyone informed. Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess: • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programmes. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. • A track record in leading business process improvement and organisational change initiatives. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling presentations for executives. • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
